Please Read Before You Make a Payment

Take a moment to confirm how your policy is billed to avoid unnecessary fees or delays.
To confirm your billing type, simply check your invoice:
  • If Ing & McKee is listed as the payee on your statement or invoice, your policy is agency billed.
  • If your insurance carrier is listed as the payee, your policy is direct billed.
For Direct Billed Policies:
  • You can pay through your insurance carrier’s payment portal linked below.
  • eTransfer is available for direct-billed policies. Please include the policy number in the comments so it can be applied to the correct account and avoid any delays.
  • For direct billed policies, you can also call us with your credit card or come to one of our locations.
For Agency Billed Policies:
  • Credit card payments may be made through the Ing & McKee credit card option provided below and are available for agency billed policies only. Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.97 percent service fee.
  • If you are sending an eTransfer, you must include your policy number in the comments so it can be applied to the correct account and avoid any delays.
  • eTransfer is available for direct-billed policies. Please include the policy number in the comments so it can be applied to the correct account and avoid any delays.
  • For agency bills, you can also call us with your credit card or come to one of our locations.
