Please note that to report a claim during regular business hours, please email your claim details directly to administration@ingandmckee.com, and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible. If you know your broker’s name, you can contact them directly via our broker directory page linked here.

To help us process your request more quickly, please include “Make a Claim” in the subject line of your email, along with your policy number.

For example: Make a Claim – Policy #123456.

If you are unsure who your insurance provider is and require after-hours emergency assistance, please contact our After-Hours Claims Line at 403-340-3516.
